Multi-Auger Fillers
ALL-FILL "Multiple Spindle" Filling Systems provide fast, accurate, multi-position dispensing of powders and viscous products typically encountered with such equipment as:
- Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machines
- Horizontal Thermoformers
- Strip Packers
- Pocket Vacuum Formers
- Pouch Makers
- Cup Machines
And other applications where a precise amount of product needs to be deposited across a production line. Each system consists of a common fill drive system, individually controlled augers, a product hopper, and a control system to separately control dispensing at each fill position.
As an option, Multiple Spindle Systems can include individual servo fill motors at each dispensing position for precise, repeatable filling and speed control.
Control Options
Multiple Spindle Systems are available with a wide range of control options to specifically match your requirements and filling application. The versatile Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Touch Screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) can be supplied for precise auger control and extensive data calculation, reporting, and interfacing applications. As an alternative, separate controls can be supplied at each filling position for direct selection and control of fill revolutions. Other customized models can be easily accommodated for special purpose applications and requirements.
