Model FSC Flexible Auger Product Feeder
The Model FSC consists of spiral screw flighting enclosed in a sealed, flexible outer tube and driven by an external, heavy duty motor/gearbox assembly. Product is contained in a large capacity, floor mounted stainless steel hopper. As the screw flighting revolves, product is moved from the hopper, through the tube, and out through a discharge port. This simple part design results in less cost and maintenance with no sacrifice in performance. The standard Model FSC comes complete with hopper, screw flighting, UHMW tube, screw drive, output transition, motor starter, and On/Off controls. Options include a Level Controller for fully automatic operation, high capacity 50" dia. Round Hopper, Reversing Control for ease in cleanup, Vibration, Hopper Agitation, Portable Frame with casters, and Hopper Cover Grating. Model FSC screwfeeders can be supplied alone, or together with ALL-FILL auger fillers for hopper re-supply.
