Model ISC Inclined Screwfeeder
The ALL-FILL Model ISC Inclined Screwfeeder provides an efficient, reliable delivery system for powders and bulk solids dispensed by auger-type filling machines. It consists of a high capacity (6 cu. ft.) hopper with hinged cover, inclined trough assembly, and a variable length (10'-1 5'), 5" pitch/5" diameter, stainless steel conveyor screw, all mounted on a portable, movable frame. Rugged screw drive motor and gear reducer mounted at base provides continuous, high torque operation with even the most difficult products. Hydraulic jack mounted on frame allows precise positioning of discharge at varying heights. All controls and motor starters mounted at rear for easy access.

The Model ISC Inclined Screwfeeder has a rugged design for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical products. All product contact parts of the Model ISC are welded and polished type-304 stainless steel. Fully gasketed hopper and trough covers reduce contamination from external environment. Removable top screw end bearing plate and quick release trough cover clamps permit entire unit to be quickly disassembled for thorough cleanup or sanitizing. Flexible discharge port allows direct connection to infeed duct of filling machine without spillage or waste.
The Model ISC Inclined Screwfeeder is capable of maintaining a steady, reliable head pressure of product in the filling machine's hopper which is one of the more common and simple solutions to improving accuracy. Use of the Model ISC provides a consistent, regulated supply with consistent density to improve accuracy, reduce spillage, and increase your equipment's productivity.
The Model ISC Inclined Screwfeeder has a removable trough and hopper covers which are both equipped with safety limit switches that cut power when either cover is opened. Unit cannot be restarted until Reset control is used. Accidents and injuries can be avoided - screw will not run with covers open. Switches come pre-wired to units electrical controls to avoid dangerous "bypassing" once in the field. One trough cover and one hopper cover switch available as standard, additional switches and/or locations can be supplied per customer request.
Options for the Model ISC include:
Slow Speed Hopper Agitation to assure efficient feeding of non free-flowing products into flights of the conveyor screw; variable speed dc screw drive motor; and Model LS-2AF Level Control for automatic operation when product falls below or exceeds user-selectable level.
