Whenever customers run something like whole peppercorn or rolled oats through one of our funnels on a rotary auger filler at high speeds, if they get bridging, they have to stop the process entirely or slow the system down so that there aren’t any issues." At All-Fill, we manufacture all our equipment, tooling, and customizations in our machine shop. We are continuing to explore different funnel designs that will increase efficiency for our customers. We design the funnels on a case-by-case basis. As we gather more knowledge on which applications can use the technology, we are continuing to explore different funnel designs. We hope to eventually add it as part of our standard tooling set for products that will benefit from the design.
