TO: ALL-FILL CUSTOMERS

Re: CEREBUS II and CEREBUS III control boards for Auger Fillers and Checkweighers.

Due to the number of discontinued and obsolete components on our control boards we are forced to phase out the manufacture of them.

CEREBUS II:  we have enough boards and components to continue the manufacture of this board until December of 2007 after which we will no longer be able to replace or repair.

CEREBUS III:  we have enough boards and components to continue the manufacture of this board until December of 2008 after which we will no longer be able to replace or repair.

These controls have been replaced with retrofit kits, which are compatible with all of our fillers and Checkweighers.

Please contact our sales department to discuss your options and request a quote.

With this advance notice it is our hope this will allow adequate time to make a decision on replacement controls
