The Model TAA consists of a Twin Auger fill head, conveyors to accommodate containers ranging from 3 - 20 lb. sizes, container positioning components, a transfer conveyor to the checkweigher, and a Model CW-10 Checkweigher. A single control panel mounted above the checkweigher provides the touch screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) for filling and weighing control and functions.
The Twin Auger fill head includes matching 3 hp fill motors and dual 1 hp/40 rpm agitator blade drives to assist in moving the dense, somewhat difficult product into flights of the augers and dispensing into the container. Specially-designed Ball Valve Cutoffs and an air cylinder container lifts at each filling position ensure a thorough, bottom-up, clean fill at a minimum of product waste and spillage. An electromechanical Fill Head Jack allows the entire assembly to be raised or lowered for different height containers.
