This model PW-12 Checkweigher integrated with an All-Fill 12-position rotary auger filler to handle container filling. The unique challenge faced from the customer requirements was to ensure that the controls did not interfere with the filling process and could be reconfigured. The existing control components were re-positioned to an electrical enclosure immediately to the lower front, allowing the touch screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) to be located at line height directly in front of the operator. Other controls (zone lamps, emergency stop/reset) were similarly re-positioned to be directly in front of the checkweigher operator.

The VF 100 is a vibratory filler that features a hopper that supplies bulk product and a vibrator and vibratory pan assembly. The filling machine can then be controlled simply and accurately with a Touch Screen Control Panel enabling a 2-step calibration sequence that controls minimum and maximum fill levels. The control panel also allows for sensor adjustments due to different products or weights, critical not only for live products with changing weights, but a wide range of products that need superior accuracy during filling.
