The Touch Screen checkweigher controls allow for separate Setup Recipes by container, package weight, or product. Fully automatic calibration routines adjust major weighing and package parameters to specific weights, package size, and accuracy levels. There are no confusing calculations or data adjustments required to operate the checkweighing equipment. With the Touch Screen selections and entries grouped together in separate screens, the Touch Screen improves navigation for setup, testing, and display. Extensive statistics and record-keeping functions display both productivity and efficiency information on-screen.

The VF 100 is a vibratory filler that features a hopper that supplies bulk product and a vibrator and vibratory pan assembly. The filling machine can then be controlled simply and accurately with a Touch Screen Control Panel enabling a 2-step calibration sequence that controls minimum and maximum fill levels. The control panel also allows for sensor adjustments due to different products or weights, critical not only for live products with changing weights, but a wide range of products that need superior accuracy during filling.
