Filling Equipment Case Studies

The following is a small sampling of the responses All-Fill has received over the past 35 years.

Bob Cole, from Schwebel Baking Co. in Youngstown, Ohio, recently returned a favorable “Your Opinion Matters” Survey.  Under Additional Comments, he wrote, “Everyone I talk to at your company is very helpful and courteous.  Enjoy doing business with you.  Thanks.”

Kevin Kadleck, from Metaullics Systems in Solon, Ohio, stated on his “Your Opinion Matters” Survey that, “Your Inside Salesperson was informative and made suggestions which allowed a better material and design to be provided.”  He also noted that, “Your manufacturing cycle of 2 weeks was great” and that he may have us quote out some additional parts made to print.

On a recent “Your Opinion Matters” Survey, Len White, from Community Work Services in Boston, Massachusetts, rated us “Most Satisfied” across the board on all ten questions.  He stated that, “All-Fill has been great to deal with and very helpful with questions.”

Phillip Moody, from MicroFlo in Sparks, Ga., was very complimentary towards our Service Department. On a recent survey he stated we had “an excellent Service Department”, and that their helpfulness over the phone was “bar none better”.

Rob Coomer at Tazo Tea, a Starbucks subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, inherited a used Form, Fill, & Seal machine from Starbucks that featured an All-Fill filling head. He needed help with the filler, and he needed parts for it in a hurry. The filler had been set up to run certain products, but Rob was being asked to run something completely different. Rob worked with Joe Brumfield, the All-Fill Regional Sales Manager who handled the Form, Fill, & Seal company. Joe selected the proper augers and funnels and got them out to Oregon in a timely fashion. Mr. Coomer’s comment: "Joe Brumfield is awesome".

Wayne Grube Sr., from Aerosol And Liquid Packaging in Baltimore, Maryland, has always been impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness extended toward him during the parts purchasing process. In the Additional Comments section of the All-Fill Customer Survey card, Wayne stated that "Joanne Capoferri was a tremendous help and went out of her way to accommodate me."

Rob Cameron, from Cold Chain Technologies in Holliston, MA. has been "most satisfied" with his overall experience in dealing with All-Fill. In the Additional Comments section of the All-Fill Customer Survey card he returned to us, Rob wrote, "I feel you folks do a great job! We are very happy with your products."

Ed Daniel, from Aubrey Organics in Tampa, Florida, was "Most Satisfied" in his overall experience in dealing with All-Fill. "Your receptionist, Jody Markle, was very friendly, and Joanne Capoferri, the Parts Manager, worked very hard to get my order out". The parts were not available here, so Joanne had them dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. Ed also went on to say that Wolfgang Glass in the Service Dept. was helpful in getting them squared away.
