All-Fill has increased its workforce by 30% over the past five years and has suddenly run out of parking; of course this is a good thing!  In conjunction with the increase in employees, All-Fill is seeing more and more customers visit to FAT (factory acceptance test) machines and test product samples via our standard product lines Alpha Checkweighers, Avatar VFFS and Auger Fabrication.

Parking is currently offered in the front and back lots of our 55,000 square foot Creamery Way manufacturing base, a total of 85 parking spaces.  Because of space restraints, All-Fill can only add an additional 15 parking spaces, but nonetheless, what a huge difference those spaces will make.  The estimated ground breaking date for the parking lot expansion is sometime in December, with a hopeful completion in early Spring 2015.

Yes, it seems like a lot of time for a parking expansion of only 15 spaces but there is a storm water retention basin that we have to contend with.  Extensive engineering studies have been conducted to determine a custom solution to developing this area on the south end of the building.  All-Fill intends to designate customer parking areas that are most convenient, a luxury that we do not have today.

In conjunction with the parking lot expansion, All-Fill is working towards designing a building expansion and renovation to better utilize existing space and a two story addition.   Please stay tuned for more information as we get closer to this reality, but regardless exciting times are certainly ahead.
