MASHellaneous Students Display Successful Competition Robots

Over the past three years, All-Fill has been involved with a local robotics club called MASHellaneous.  The robotics club features 10 students from Owen J. Roberts High School who compete in robotics completions in the area against other robotics clubs.  With All-Fill as a primary sponsor of the club, the team is able to source parts and components for their robots as well as travel to and from competitions.

“It is awesome to see these young kids engage in robotics at such an early age, these kids are the future and All-Fill is happy to contribute to their education,” says Ryan Edginton.  On Thursday, April 6th, MASHellaneous visited All-Fill to show our their latest competition robots.

The students were tasked with competing against local teams in a robotics game for which teams were score based upon the tasks the robots would complete.  Using a gaming controller, the students controlled the robots and could make then pick up and shoot a ball into a ring or roll balls into a corner vortex in order to score points.

Check these kids out!  Their work is very impressive for junior high school students!
